Thai Yoga Massage is a unique form of therapeutic bodywork that incorporates rhythmic motion, muscle compression, reflexology, acupressure, gentle stretching, and joint mobilization. The recipient is guided through a series of yoga-like postures which help to relieve muscular tension and stress, increase blood and lymph circulation, and balance the energy of the body. The massage can be rigorous or soothing depending on your body and what you need during a particular visit.
David was trained and certified at Thai Massage Toronto, and has received additional training at the Toronto School of Thai Massage. He has completed his level one, two, and three certification and continues to expand his expertise and qualifications. David practices at his rural studio west of Collingwood and at Mantra Yoga Studio in Thornbury.
